To book the Caprice Unit #107 you can contact us either through email or by phone (under Contact Us). We will then call the Caprice and book the condo, for the rental rate agreed upon. The Caprice office will then contact you through the email you provide us, and all payments will be made through them (they accept all standard methods of payments).
Additional Fees: A $105 non- refundable cleaning fee will be added to rental rates. Taxes of 13% will be added to rental rates (7% sales & 6% resort). A Damage Waiver which will cover $1000.00 worth of damage is mandatory on this resort at a charge of $45.00.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 for 2 weeks or less and $400 for 3 weeks or longer must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. $50.00 late check out fee.

•During July 4th and rates for July 4th are at the same rate as February-April.
